As a Project Manager in the Industrial Growth & SME Sector, you'll lead the successful delivery of multiple projects across diverse technology themes and sectors. You'll be instrumental in shaping project proposals, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple cross-sector projects from initiation to completion.
  • Capture and translate customer needs into effective project proposals.
  • Coordinate with resource owners to ensure optimal delivery of project scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change request processes.
  • Champion best practices in project management tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across PM processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in project delivery within engineering or professional services environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Financially astute with experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Familiarity with partially State-funded projects is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PMP and PMO frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
