Job summary

Walker & Sloan Ltd is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a major data centre infrastructure project in Corsham, Wiltshire. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery across enabling works, utilities, drainage and site infrastructure, ensuring safety, programme adherence and commercial performance.

Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate with design, commercial and operations to drive technical coordination, stakeholder engagement and successful handover of a flagship development

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, programme management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
HNC or degree in construction; Black CSCS Card and SMSTS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of a complex infrastructure package to time, budget and quality targets.
Coordinate with commercial, design and operations teams; manage programme, stakeholders and handover.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across earthworks, utilities, drainage and external works on major infrastructure schemes.
