Job summary

Vertical Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a Manchester-based role within a growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, engaging with clients and a range of specialists to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of project management experience in a construction or property context.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy or similar environment.
• Relevant construction or property-related degree.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or progress toward chartership would be advantageous.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and workstreams from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Develop project programmes, delivery strategies and reporting frameworks.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme.
• Support procurement, tendering, contract strategy and administration.
