Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects in Bristol and the South West. You will drive full lifecycle delivery, manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure programmes meet budget and schedule while upholding safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in HVAC or Mechanical Building Services, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects from £500k to £10m+.

Project Manager (HVAC) | Bristol | Up to £80,000 + Package

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an established Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects across Bristol and the South West.

Working on a range of high-profile schemes, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of HVAC and mechanical projects
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Driving programme and project delivery objectives
• Monitoring costs, variations and project performance
• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are upheld
