Job summary

Right Contract Services in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects across the South West, delivering safe, on-programme results and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, drive programme delivery, monitor costs and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.

• Proven track record delivering HVAC or Mechanical Building Services projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience managing projects from 500k to 10m+.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Project Manager (HVAC) Bristol Up to 80,000 + Package

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an established Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects across Bristol and the South West.

Working on a range of high-profile schemes, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of HVAC and mechanical projects


• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers


• Driving programme and project delivery objectives


• Monitoring costs, variations and project performance


• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are upheld
