EA Associates are currently recruiting for Project Managers & Senior Project Managers for several live roles with leading contractors in the super-prime residential and luxury hotel sectors. These are complex, design-led projects that demand a manager who understands the realities of delivering in logistically tight, high-spec environments. You’ll be responsible for taking schemes from pre-construction through to handover – coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining tight control over programme and cost, and upholding the standards expected in this sector.

Projects typically involve:

1. Full internal refurbishments to occupied and unoccupied buildings
2. Cut & carve schemes within existing structures
3. Structural alterations and enabling works
4. High-spec finishes to exacting client and design team expectations

To be considered, you’ll need to show:

• A strong track record managing high-end refurbishment or fit-out projects
• Experience with complex logistics, structural works, and sequencing in live or restricted environments
• Confidence in leading site teams and interfacing with architects, consultants, and high-net-worth clients
• A clear understanding of the quality standards required in super-prime and luxury hospitality settings
• The ability to take ownership of all on-site delivery responsibilities
• NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management (or equivalent)
