About Your Team

You’ll report directly to the General Manager of ALEC FITOUT KSA and lead a cross-functional project team. This role demands extensive coordination across engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to ALEC’s high standards.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-end fit-out projects, from planning through execution to closeout.
• Review project documentation and develop actionable plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage all project communications and coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities.
• Oversee design coordination, technical submittals, material procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, compliance, and health & safety protocols on-site.
• Administer commercial aspects, including payments, claims, variations, and closeout deliverables.
• Guide and mentor project teams while implementing performance and recognition systems.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years in construction, with strong experience in hospitality, hotel, retail, and commercial fit-out projects, preferably in the GCC.

Knowledge:

• Proven expertise in project planning, design coordination, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Middle East construction regulations and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.
