Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the Health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will manage high-quality project services throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover. You will work on live projects, leading small to medium complex commissions and supporting major new build schemes in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and develop your career within our Health and Education Division.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and allocate resources for projects or programs using suitable tools and techniques.
  2. Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks and clarifying roles.
  3. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
  4. Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget, applying appropriate project management standards.
  5. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication.
  6. Monitor and report project progress using relevant metrics.
  7. Evaluate project impact and benefits with evidence-based methods.
Qualifications
  • Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (internationally recognized).
  • Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience managing health projects, such as hospitals or clinics.
  • Strong skills in contract administration, especially NEC contracts.
  • Commercial awareness with budget and resource management skills.
  • Knowledge of UK Department of Health and Social Care systems and tools.
