Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the Health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover. You will have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium-sized complex commissions and supporting major new build schemes in London. This role offers a great opportunity to lead and develop a successful career within our market-leading Health and Education Division.

Responsibilities

• Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
• Lead and manage the project or programme team, delegating tasks with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, applying effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Ensure the project or programme remains on track, delivering on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
• Build, maintain, and facilitate relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Monitor and report on project or programme progress and outcomes, using suitable metrics and indicators.
• Evaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, employing evidence-based methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognized).
• Degree in a relevant field (preferable).
• Experience in health projects, such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilities.
• Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Knowledge of the UK Department of Health and Social Care’s management systems and tools.
