Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager for Framework Management within its Nuclear New Build business. The role focuses on coordinating governance, reporting, and assurance across client frameworks, while supporting pipeline development and successful delivery of projects and work packages.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, manage risks and changes, and contribute to business development in the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Experience with framework, programme, or project governance activities.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness including cost, margin, risk and change management.
• Proven ability to coordinate opportunities, pipelines, bids and proposals while balancing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate performance insights to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Nuclear New Build Project Delivery Capability team, supporting client frameworks.
• Coordinate framework governance activities, performance reporting, action management and assurance processes.
• Support development of pipeline opportunities, bids and mobilisation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, margin, quality and performance targets.
• Build relationships with clients, delivery teams and internal stakeholders to enable collaboration.
• Monitor framework risks, issues, changes and resource constraints with proper escalation and resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities to raise framework performance.
• Contribute to business development and growth opportunities across the nuclear sector.

Your role

• Be part of our Nuclear New Build business within the Project Delivery Capability team, supporting strategically important client frameworks.
• Coordinate framework governance activities, performance reporting, action management, and assurance processes.
