Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Framework Management to lead the operation, governance, and growth of strategically important nuclear frameworks. You will oversee framework performance, support successful delivery, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

You will guide governance activities, shape pipeline opportunities, and provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams while fostering development of project managers.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing cost, margin, risk, change, and contracts.
• Proven ability to build trusted senior client relationships and align multiple teams.
• Experience leading governance across frameworks, programmes, or commercial arrangements.
• Skilled in pipeline development, bids, mobilisation, and opportunities management.
• Clear, confident communicator who explains framework performance in business terms.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in delivering outcomes.
• Experience developing others and fostering collaboration within diverse, inclusive teams.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Play a key role within our Nuclear New Build business, leading strategically important client frameworks as part of the Project Delivery Capability team.

• Oversee the effective delivery of projects and work packages, ensuring alignment with time, cost, margin, quality, and performance targets.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for significant framework matters and delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, performance insights, and the adoption of effective ways of working.
• Support business development activities and help shape future opportunities across the nuclear sector.
• Provide leadership and direction across multidisciplinary teams while supporting the growth and development of project managers.
