AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Project Manager - Design Delivery to coordinate multidisciplinary design packages across Nuclear New Build projects. You will define and manage design scope, schedules, budgets and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality and performance targets while engaging clients and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Experience with structured engineering design lifecycles and managing design packages, projects, or workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and create clarity around objectives, responsibilities and priorities.
• Understanding of requirements management, interfaces, technical assurance, approvals and configuration control.
• Proactive approach to risks, changes, technical queries and dependencies; ability to report to stakeholders.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of our Nuclear New Build business within the Project Delivery Capability team, contributing to the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Lead or support multidisciplinary design delivery across AtkinsRéalis projects and embedded client programmes.
• Define and manage design scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of delivery at work package level, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and performance targets.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines, clients, suppliers, and project interfaces to support integrated project delivery.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, changes, dependencies, technical queries, and corrective actions.
• Support design reviews, assurance activities, approvals, and configuration control processes to maintain quality and compliance.
• Provide clear and accurate reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders, while contributing to bids, proposals, and mobilisation activities where opportunities arise.
