Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationships: Partner with the squad team and strategist; work with the Account Lead to prioritize projects; lead and support incoming briefs; collaborate with strategy and business leads; understand creative ambitions; engage with clients; build relationships across departments.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Manage workflow for the full portfolio; contribute to agency resource planning; navigate technical systems; plan ahead and anticipate issues; define scope of work; coordinate with external and internal stakeholders; manage resourcing and budgets; track project performance and learnings; lead projects and identify growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
