Key Responsibilities

  • Relationships: Partner with the day-to-day squad team and strategist; work with the Account Lead to prioritize projects; lead and support incoming briefs; collaborate with Creative Directors to understand creative ambitions; engage with clients to update on workflow and project status; build strong internal relationships.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Manage workflow schematics; contribute to resource planning; navigate technical workflow systems; plan ahead, anticipate problems, and adapt; define scope of work; coordinate with external and internal stakeholders; manage resources and budgets; track project performance; lead project reviews and suggest improvements; oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery; manage expectations and set objectives; ensure collaboration and efficiency in production processes; monitor financial health of projects.
  • Account Leadership: Take full ownership of projects and portfolios; support resourcing and growth opportunities; maintain a helicopter view of accounts to identify opportunities for expansion.

Minimum Requirements

  • Solid project management experience in advertising agencies.
  • Extensive experience with TVC and integrated media, including print.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced accounts.
  • Management skills and experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
