Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our leading FM projects team in Nottingham. You will deliver works across a prestigious, highly regulated life sciences estate and manage multiple projects in a live environment.

You will identify opportunities, scope and price projects, oversee tenders, manage client relationships and ensure CDM, QHSE compliance while driving commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven FM project management experience across delivery.
• Experience pricing, scoping and tendering project works.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of CDM and QHSE requirements.
• Experience delivering fit-out, M&E, refurbishment or turnkey projects.

• Scope works, prepare estimates and produce quotations.
• Manage tender processes and subcontractor procurement.

We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading FM projects team, delivering works across a prestigious, highly regulated life sciences estate in Nottingham.

This is far more than a delivery role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, scope and price projects, manage tenders, oversee delivery and build strong client relationships. With a significant CAPEX pipeline already in place and further opportunities expected, you'll play a key role in growing the account while delivering multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Manage tender processes and subcontractor procurement.




• Deliver fit out, M&E, refurbishment and turnkey projects within a live FM environment.




• Manage project programmes, budgets, commercial performance and reporting.

• Build trusted client relationships and identify future project opportunities.




• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing FMProjects.




• Experience pricing, scoping and tendering project works.




• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.




• Knowledge of CDM and QHSE requirements.




• Experience delivering fit out, M&E, refurbishment or turnkey projects.




• The confidence to work independently and manage a demanding client.
