The role requires a proactive, commercially minded professional with strong communication skills. Site visits are expected, and a discretionary bonus complements a £35,000-£50,000 salary.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within construction or consultancy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships.
Ability to understand and clarify client requirements and adapt to project approaches.

Responsibilities

Oversee a wide range of projects at all stages from initiation to delivery.
