Job summary

VM Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a role covering a portfolio of domestic and commercial projects. The candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to meet safety, time, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction project management, strong planning and organizational skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple building construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Produce and manage project programmes and schedules.
• Coordinate labour allocation and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and progress.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with current Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
• Carry out regular site visits and monitor quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Location: Projects are normally within 1 hour 40 minutes of PE10

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion. Working across a varied portfolio of domestic projects, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Project Managers are typically responsible for coordinating programmes, budgets, subcontractors, resources and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• A full UK driving licence.
