Overview

Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out. UK-Wide (National Travel Required). £75,000 + Package. Permanent | Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Full project ownership from pre-start to completion
• Lead site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, cost plans, and procurement in line with delivery targets
• Ensure H&S compliance and client satisfaction throughout all phases
• Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in retail fit-out (ideally Marks & Spencer or similar high-street retailers)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple sites or fast-track programmes across the UK
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Background in live environment projects is essential

• SMSTS
• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work (3-day)
• Duty to Manage Asbestos
• Fire Marshall / Fire Warden
• NVQ Level 6 (or higher) in Construction Management
