Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to pilot on-site delivery of fast-paced fit-out schemes in London, with prior exposure to Leisure, Hospitality and high-volume restaurant sectors. You will oversee programmes, quality control and safety across multiple trades, with potential weekend/out-of-hours work as required.

We are urgently seeking Project Managers for the busy London Fit Out sector. Ideally with experience in the Leisure, Hospitality and High Quantity restaurant sectors. Our client is a specialist in the sector, and has an extensive portfolio of works, generally ranging from £1m - £7m in value.

Requirements

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a track record in the sector, able to lead programme, quality and safety. You will be responsible for managing all on site activity on fast paced projects. Due to the nature of the work there may be a requirement for weekend / out of hours working
