Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a dedicated Fit Out Manager for a full-time, on-site role in London. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing fit-out projects to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

The Fit Out Manager will liaise with clients, manage subcontractors, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. They will join a team on a £50m project in central London and report directly to the Site Based Project

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fit-out projects with scheduling, quality control and resource allocation.
• Led teams and supervised subcontractors with strong health and safety focus.
• Experience in communicating with clients and maintaining client relationships.
• Educational background in construction management or related field; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee fit-out projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, manage subcontractors and coordinate deliveries on site.
• Track project progress and solve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure finishing works align with project specifications and drawings.
