Argus Fire, part of the Mitie Group, is recruiting a Project Manager to lead fire protection system projects in London. You will manage procurement, coordinate with clients and site teams, and drive cost control from initiation through commissioning while ensuring compliance and quality.

The role requires a strong background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet and dry riser systems, and excellent stakeholder management. The position is based on-site with travel to projects as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years+ experience as Project Manager of commercial sprinkler installations.

Aufgaben

• Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisors.
• Cost control of contracts/projects in partnership with Operations Manager and Director.
• Maintain installation progress records and monitor against programme.
• Maintain site records and diary of operatives.
• Ensure on-site compliance with method statements and risk assessments.
• Assist with testing and commissioning.
