Responsibilities

• Manage exhibition stand projects from concept through to completion.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Order and manage exhibition site services.
• Coordinate logistics, including transport, storage, and scheduling.
• Order and track stand materials and components.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required.
• Work collaboratively within a team of project managers.
