Project Manager - Enterprise Software Deployment

Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: c£45,000 dependent upon experience

Location: Flexible, UK Based (remote working with frequent trips across HALO international programmes)

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Deployment Project Manager to lead and oversee complex software implementation projects globally. This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and excellent cross-cultural communication abilities. You will manage end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality solutions aligned with HALO's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise systems and manage go-live operations.
• Manage stakeholders across HALO's international and national teams.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with HALO's design specifications.
• Oversee integration with other HALO systems where relevant.
• Support team members and collaborate with other departments.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line or senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver software deployment projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Create project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Conduct project reviews and provide status updates.
• Facilitate international rollouts considering regulatory, cultural, and technical factors.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software deployments.
• Experience managing international projects in diverse cultural environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, cloud solutions, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and make decisions.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
