Responsibilities

• Possess Charles River and Bloomberg skills, spanning both technology and business domains.
• Engage with clients to understand their challenges through requirements gathering, interviews, process documentation, and assessment, effectively communicating insights.
• Design and propose solutions, evaluating pros, cons, and risks.
• Build and execute project plans, coordinate status updates, manage issues and risks, and clarify responsibilities within an Agile framework.
• Develop test scenarios and data to ensure requirements are fully and accurately implemented.
• Provide implementation and post-go-live support to ensure solution success.
• Contribute to our internally developed offerings, building a collection of best-in-class solutions.
• Work effectively within diverse, inclusive teams, recognizing individual contributions.
• Engage actively in the consulting community.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues logically.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of coordinating and delivering complex outcomes.
• Effective communicator, both written and oral, capable of conveying status, problems, and requirements clearly.
• Professional training and accreditation.
