Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead the delivery of Fire Systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, with a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
  • Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement
  • Develop and oversee logistics plans to meet project delivery timelines
  • Produce and maintain key project documentation and records
  • Lead change control processes and ensure all variations are recorded and communicated
  • Organise and facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, and close-out sessions

Who You Are:

You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering fire-related projects. You thrive in client-facing roles, managing stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing fire systems projects
  • Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per annum
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
  • Prior experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
