Job summary

Airey Miller is seeking a Project Manager / Employer's Agent in Sevenoaks to lead projects from inception to completion for housing, regeneration, and mixed-use developments. You will act as the client contact and coordinate consultants, delivering across South East England.

You will report to the Team Leader and oversee delivery across multiple sites, ensuring programme, risk, and cost control while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' post-graduate experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Experience delivering residential, mixed-use, regeneration, land-led or remediation projects.
• Strong understanding of Project Management and Employer's Agent responsibilities.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and pre-construction service agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Understanding of construction delivery and site-based processes.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage project programmes, risk registers and project controls.

• Assess contractor payment applications and issue payment notices.
• Monitor defects, manage handovers and oversee practical completion processes.
• Prepare final accounts and project close-out documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Employer's Agent to join our Sevenoaks team. This role offers the opportunity to take projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client contact and leading project delivery across a range of residential, mixed-use, regeneration and land-led developments.

Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Team Leader / Delivery Director, you will manage projects on behalf of housing associations, local authorities and developers across South and South East London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and contributing to successful project outcomes from pre-contract stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
