Job summary

Airey Miller, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Project Manager / Employer's Agent to join our Cambridge team. You will lead projects from inception through to completion, acting as the main client contact and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage pre-contract investigations, prepare Employer's Requirements, and oversee tendering, contracts and payments across a portfolio spanning housing

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' post-graduate experience in construction.
• Experience delivering residential, mixed-use or regeneration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Employer's Agent duties.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and pre-construction service agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion as Project Manager and Employer's Agent.
• Be primary client contact with stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants and project teams for delivery.
• Manage pre-contract investigations, surveys and due diligence.
• Prepare Employer's Requirements, performance specs, build agreements and JCT contracts.
• Oversee tender processes and reporting.
• Maintain programmes, risk registers and action trackers.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
• Manage payments and final accounts.
