Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Southampton to recruit a Project Manager for electrical/system integration projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating engineering, production, procurement and customers to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.

The role offers progression, flexible hours and strong benefits, with office-based hours from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven full lifecycle project delivery experience in electrical/electronic/control-panel/systems-integration projects.
• Comfortable managing customers, budgets, schedules, suppliers, technical documentation and change control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end electrical systems projects (design coordination through procurement, manufacture, FAT and close-out).
• Own programme, budget/P&L, commercial performance, risk, change control and customer reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, production, procurement, quality, suppliers and customers to hit milestones.
• Line-manage and develop project support staff.
• Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 (37.5 hours).

Are you a Project Manager, from a manufacturing background, looking to join a leading company, where you will help to manage end to end product delivery and be recognised as the go to expert?

The company are a specialist manufacturer, renowned throughout the UK. They continue to grow due to increased demand for their specialist products and services and are now looking to strengthen their technical team.

In this role you will manage end to end delivery of the companies electrical manufactured products. Working with customers, engineering and technical teams to ensure products are manufactured to correct specs and on time.

This role would suit an Electrical / Electronic Project Manager from a control panel / systems integration background looking to take full project ownership, build leadership experience, and develop within a specialist engineering business.

The Role:
