Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager (Electrical/Electronics) in Southampton to own the end-to-end delivery of bespoke electronic projects. You will coordinate projects, liaise with clients and internal teams, and take responsibility for scope, programme and commercial performance.

This role requires a background in electrical/electronics projects, leadership of engineers, and a proactive approach.

• Willing to commute to Totton office location.

Are you a Project Manager or similar from an Electrical/Electronics background looking to join a bespoke electronic manufacturer being the go-to Project Manager, only reporting to the Managing Director where you can really influence the company’s future and projects?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist company providing custom products to the electrical supply industries. This is an opportunity to join a growing company at to work on unique hardware and software products designed by the Managing Director himself.

In this role you will have full ownership of bespoke projects, leading the end-to-end delivery of customized electronic components. You will be responsible for the scope, project programme, P&L, commercial performance and risk and design coordination liaising with clients and other departments involved,

This role would suit an accomplished Project Manager with a background in electronics or electrical projects, looking to take significant ownership of high-profile projects and play a defining role in shaping the company’s future direction

The Role:

• Coordinate projects and documents
• Leading end-to-end delivery of customised electronic projects
• Manage a team of engineers
• Monday – Friday (9am-5:30pm)
• Being 2nd in command, reporting to the Managing Director

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Electrical/Electronic component experience
• Willing to commute to their office in Totton
