Job summary

Prosper Consulting in Cambridge is seeking a Project Manager/Employers Agent to work across theatres, affordable housing, private residential, leisure and education projects across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

You will join a 150+ team with a client-facing remit and opportunities to advance toward MRICS/MCIOB, JCT Contract Administration and APC support, alongside a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a UK based property/construction consultancy.
• MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain
• Client-facing experience
• Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
• Experience in one of their listed sectors: Theatres, Affordable Housing, Private Residential, Leisure, Education

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management and Employers Agent services for theatres, housing, leisure and education schemes.
• Coordinate across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire with client liaison.

Requirements for the Project Manager/Employers Agent:

• Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
