We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our building team in Telehouse, Southeast India Dock.

What you'll do:

1. Lead the management of design consultants to ensure information is provided to suit the procurement strategy, manage the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the given timeframes.
2. Ensure that all work methods are sufficient to meet the project's needs.
3. Develop the master programme and schedule of deliverables for the project, meeting the requirements of the brief and the clients' expectations.
4. Manage design consultants to ensure information aligns with the budget and procurement strategy, and oversee the production of working drawings by trade contractors within the specified timeframes.
5. Monitor monthly figures, take proactive actions to prevent losses, and maximize profitability (with responsibility for the project/package).

What you'll bring to the role:

• Construction-related qualification to HNC level.
• Member, or working towards membership, of a professional institution (MCIOB highly desirable).
• Possession of a current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications including SMSTS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• IT skills - basic MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, BIM, PBI.
