Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for projects in Manchester and the North West. Based from Sale, Greater Manchester, you will oversee from planning through to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.

The role offers a base salary of £35,000 plus project-based commission (2%–4%). Travel to project sites is required across the region.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum construction project management experience in the UK.
• A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Manage programmes, costs and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure safety and efficiency across sites in Manchester and the North West.

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a role where your performance is recognised and rewarded?

Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager to oversee a range of construction projects across Manchester and the North West. Based from Sale, you'll take responsibility for projects from planning through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

Key responsibilities

• Managing construction projects and monitoring site progress
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
• Managing project programmes, costs and quality standards
• Identifying and resolving issues throughout project delivery
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and successfully
• Providing regular progress updates and reports to senior management
• Travelling to project sites across Manchester and the North West as required

What we're looking for

• A minimum of two years' relevant construction project management experience
• Previous construction project management experience within the UK
• Strong knowledge of the Manchester and North West construction market
• A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage project costs, programmes and competing priorities
