Job summary

Bimplus in Oxfordshire seeks a Project Manager Construction for a Hybrid home/site role on corporate, commercial & retail portfolios. Long-term contract up to 18 months, with daily rates around £350–£400 (CIS/Self Employed) or £275–£300 plus holiday pay, weekly pay.

Responsibilities include leading projects through all stages, budget oversight, contractor and supply chain management, and clear reporting to stakeholders while liaising with in-house teams. Desirable MAPM/MCIOB/RICS membership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction and refurbishments in corporate/commercial environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement and regulations.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Good IT skills.
• Desirable professional membership: MAPM, MCIOB, RICS.

• Good IT skills
• Desirable to hold a professional membership such as MAPM, MCIOB, RICS etc.
