Job summary

Flagship Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of major Retail sector projects across Oxford and the South East. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage design to handover, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in a consultancy environment, with exposure to Retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree and ideally be working towards Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent).
• Have experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment.
• Demonstrate experience delivering Retail or Commercial Fit-Out / Refurbishment projects.
• Be confident managing projects through key stages under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Possess strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple Retail sector projects from design and procurement through to construction and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure projects meet quality, budget and programme targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
• Progress within the business through increasing levels of responsibility on high-profile retail developments.

THE POSITION

The role is for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple Retail sector projects, from early-stage design and procurement through to construction and handover. THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Project Manager will:
