- Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving hardware and software integration.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or MSP.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence or other regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, including new simulator builds and complex engineering upgrades.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and external partners.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, budgets and risk registers.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, providing strong financial oversight, cost control and forecasting.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks while recognising opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure effective configuration management and control of project changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear, accurate and timely project reporting to senior leadership.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational performance.

As a Project Manager, you will join the Programme Management team, leading the delivery of advanced aviation training solutions for international customers. Working at the heart of a dynamic, global operation, you will manage multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to certification, delivery and in-service modifications.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manufacturing, supply chain partners and international customers to ensure projects are delivered in line with schedule, budget, quality and regulatory requirements.

- Experience working with flight simulation technology or safety-critical systems.
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks, including EASA and FAA requirements.
- Experience managing projects involving international customers and global delivery teams.
- Commercial awareness and experience in contract management.
