Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a cladding remediation programme in Bristol. The role covers façade replacement and refurbishment across occupied high-rise buildings, delivering end-to-end project leadership with emphasis on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage programmes, commercial performance and project teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining regulatory compliance and client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large construction or refurbishment projects in occupied/live environments.
• Knowledge of façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works.
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain from preconstruction to handover.
• Social housing refurbishment experience and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You'll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
• High-rise/high-risk building experience
• Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
