Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager for a role based in North England. The successful candidate will have a background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractors on projects up to £15 million.

Our client operates across the UK, with initial projects in South Yorkshire and the North East. Responsibilities include:

• Managing site teams including Site Manager, Works Manager, and Engineers
• Working autonomously and reporting to a visiting Contract Manager
• Liaising with the Commercial Team and Senior Management
• Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Managing Subcontractors
• Placing material orders timely
• Updating site plans to reflect deliveries
