A little more about your role…

As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering civil engineering projects primarily within the Scheme Delivery Framework contract for Highways. You will lead project delivery teams, using your knowledge and skills to ensure adherence to quality, time, and budget requirements. Here is what you could expect to be doing on a daily and weekly basis:

1. Leadership of teams delivering design & professional services projects for UK transport infrastructure projects.
2. Preparing key documentation including the coordination procedure, project plan, safety plan, and other governance material.
3. Engagement and day-to-day liaison with the Client project leadership team.
4. Developing a clear project pricing submission, project schedule, and client instructions to proceed reflecting this.
5. Embedding the project delivery strategy to drive successful delivery and commercial performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
6. Coordinating with the client’s technical disciplines to manage the technical aspects of the project.
