Salary:Dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours:36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The role involves leading initiatives that enhance learner experiences and drive digital transformation across the Group.

This position requires a strategic thinker capable of working remotely and managing multiple cross-functional projects across various brands and business units. The successful candidate will facilitate collaboration and ensure the successful adoption of change projects.

Role responsibilities include:

1. Supporting transformation initiatives through the full project lifecycle, from concept to benefits realization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Defining project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, maintaining detailed documentation including scope, requirements, budgets, benefits, and training plans.
3. Identifying and implementing digital innovations to improve customer offerings and operational efficiency through new technologies and systems.
4. Coordinating with IT resources to ensure requirements are understood and met for all work packages.
5. Gathering stakeholder feedback to evaluate and adjust change initiatives, monitoring adoption, and overcoming barriers.
6. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, internal data security policies, and ISO 27001 standards, promoting a security-conscious approach across the business.
