Job summary

Marks Consulting Partners Limited is hiring a Project Manager / Building Safety Specialist in the United Kingdom. You will lead fire remediation and broader Building Safety projects from inception to delivery, acting as a trusted liaison for institutional clients and investors.

You’ll provide clear guidance on technical issues, risks, and commercial implications, coordinating consultants and delivery teams.

• Experience delivering projects and managing client relationships.

I’m working with a leading property consultancy that is rapidly expanding its specialist Building Safety team, following significant growth in its fire remediation workload.

This is not a role where you’ll be buried in a huge corporate structure. You’ll have genuine ownership of projects, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape a growing specialist service.

What you’ll be doing:
