Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Fabric projects across Birmingham and the West Midlands. You will manage delivery on multiple client sites, coordinating design, build and refurbishment works from inception to completion.

The role requires a strong trade background with SMSTS, CSCS and CDM knowledge, and hands-on site supervision across various commercial settings. Car allowance and comprehensive package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Design & Build building fabric projects.
• Strong site management and contractor oversight abilities.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety best practices.
• Trade qualification or background is highly desirable (construction).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Oversee safety compliance and site inductions on all sites.

Project Manager - Building Fabric

West Midlands

£55-57,000 + car allowance + package

We're partnering with a leading Facilities & Construction business on a Building Fabric Project Management opportunity in the West Midlands.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an existing team, delivering work into one of their key customers estates.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager, ideally with a background in Design & Build projects, to deliver a range of Fabric biased works across multiple client sites in the Birmingham area.

Projects will typically range from £50k - £2million in value and will include general upgrade, fit out and refurbishment works across a range of commercial sites in the area.

The PM will be responsible for Projects from inception to completion, and will also be comfortable in picking up some minor mechanical and electrical works included within packages.

A trade background /qualification is highly desirable for this role along with SMSTS, CSCS and a strong understanding of CDM.

A typical working week will consist of a few days on different sites along with the use of the Birmingham based office.

We're seeking a commercially minded project professional, with a good background in health & safety and contractor management and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across a region.
