Job Description

The Brand & Content Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating high-priority creative workstreams across the De Beers London brand. This role ensures the successful delivery of multiple creative campaigns and content programmes-on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and brand integrity.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing Strategy, Planning and Content, this role drives project prioritisation, governance, and execution, ensuring that strategic objectives are met and that reporting to senior leadership is clear and consistent. The role is pivotal in embedding structure, rigour, and accountability across creative initiatives, enabling the brand to deliver impactful, aligned, and premium content experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple creative workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution.
  • Planning & Prioritisation: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying key dependencies, resource needs, and critical paths.
  • Governance & Structure: Implement project governance frameworks, meeting structures, and reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the content creative budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Communications, Design) and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of creative assets.
  • Brand Consistency: Support the Head of Marketing Strategy, Planning and Content in applying consistent brand language, visual codes, and tone across all content.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain a central repository of project documentation, risks, and actions. Produce regular and ad hoc reports, including weekly Red/Amber status updates.
  • Programme Integration: Lead project workstreams within broader marketing programmes, ensuring integration and alignment across initiatives.
