Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, the Brand Project Manager will support the Brand Team in overseeing various processes, workflows, and new projects within the department. The role involves preparing and communicating detailed production schedules for all brand and marketing assets. The position supports the Senior Brand Manager and property teams to deliver their collateral and assets, ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

Please note this role is a full-time, office-based position (5 days per week).

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, the Brand Project Manager will support the Brand Team to oversee various process, workflows and new projects within the department. Specifically, the role will prepare and communicate detailed production schedules for the delivery of all brand and marketing assets. This position will support the Senior Brand Manager and property teams to deliver their collateral and assets and ensure brand consistency across all project outputs.

Please note this role is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage the end-to-end briefing process and workflows for all requests that come into the Brand team (printed collateral, corporate brand presentations, video edits, etc.) for all cross-functional teams within the Aman Group and external agencies/vendors.
  2. Ensure the Brand team has all the relevant information needed to drive projects, ensuring key actions happen in a timely manner, within scope and budget. Coordinate resolutions of any delays in the process to ensure flawless execution of projects.
  3. Work with the Creative Production Manager to prepare and communicate detailed production schedules for the delivery of all brand and marketing assets.
  4. Proactively oversee all projects and workload for the Brand team, identifying key business priorities. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and project progression.
  5. Contribute to production workflow processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring all briefs are delivered on time. Refine workflows to increase team productivity and efficiency. Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies, providing insights for project development and new creative talent.
  6. Lead weekly project meetings and collaborate with external creative agencies to monitor project workflows and provide status updates.
  7. Produce reports and weekly updates on team activities and project statuses. Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures for senior management.
  8. Coordinate the Sales and Marketing teams’ plans for new brands within the Aman portfolio.
  9. Create workflows for all Janu projects, outlining roles, responsibilities, timelines, and milestones.
  10. Ensure timely delivery of new opening projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience and creative operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes and luxury brand standards to build schedules from inception to completion.
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different time zones with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in: Monday Project Management System, Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel). Knowledge of other project management tools is a plus.
  • Flexible attitude to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience establishing efficient briefing standards across a global business.
  • Experience in the luxury lifestyle sector; travel industry or hospitality experience is advantageous.
