Job summary

Nicholas Associates is recruiting for a Project Manager Facade Remediation in Birmingham. You'll lead a high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion, working with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial / residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.

We are looking for proven delivery of facade or building envelope projects, remediation or new-build facade experience, and a track record managing

• Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience.
• Track record of managing high-value commercial or residential developments.
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers.

• Lead a high-value exterior envelope project from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with developers and Tier 1 contractor teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The Role

You'll lead a high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion, working with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial / residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.

About You

• Proven delivery of facade, cladding or building envelope projects
• Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience
• Track record of managing high-value commercial or residential developments
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers
• Engineering or construction-related degree desirable
• Demonstrable success delivering complex external envelope packages is essential
