Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Birmingham-based façade remediation project. You will lead built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception to completion on a commercial/residential scheme, coordinating with a Tier 1 contractor and a major developer.

The role emphasizes track record in high-value facade projects, strong remediation experience, and delivery of complex external envelope packages.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of facade, cladding or building envelope projects.
• Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience.
• Track record managing high-value commercial or residential developments.
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers.
• Engineering or construction-related degree desirable.
• Demonstrable success delivering complex external envelope packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion.
• Collaborate with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial/residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
