Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting a Project Manager for facade remediation in Birmingham city centre. You will lead high-value facade remediation, built-up cladding, composite panel and SFS packages from inception through to completion, partnering with a leading developer and Tier 1 contractor on a commercial/residential scheme.

Qualifications

Proven delivery of facade, cladding or building envelope projects.
Strong remediation and/or new-build facade experience.
Track record managing high-value commercial or residential developments.
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and developers.
Engineering or construction-related degree desirable.
Demonstrable success delivering complex external envelope packages.

Responsibilities

Lead high-value facade remediation and external envelope packages from inception to completion.
Collaborate with developers and Tier 1 contractors on a Birmingham City Centre scheme.
