Job Description

Due to growth and ongoing project success, we are seeking Project Managers to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects across London and the South-East region. You will work with colleagues and client teams to handle complex projects and programmes.

Project Managers at Turner & Townsend

Our Project Managers work on diverse projects in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in infrastructure project and programme management across the project lifecycle, including project management principles, client objectives, contract management, leadership, financial management, project controls, health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted relationships with clients and partners.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills to understand complex issues and develop workable solutions.
• Drive and commitment to solutions, able to work under pressure and motivate teams.
• Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple work streams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop project teams or work streams within larger projects or programmes.
• Creative mindset, curiosity, and a growth-oriented attitude.

Beneficial Experience

• Experience managing aviation infrastructure projects.
• Experience with procurement and NEC contracts.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with public sector organizations relevant to infrastructure.

Qualifications

Beneficial qualifications include:

• A degree or HND in management, construction, or infrastructure-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional affiliation or near-qualified status with APM, ICE, or similar.
• Project management certifications such as APM, PRINCE2, MSP.
• NEC Project Management accreditation or qualifications.
