Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile projects across Infrastructure. We aim to be industry leaders and help mentor the next generation of Project Managers. As part of our team, you will work on diverse, complex projects and programmes, primarily based in our London office with potential hybrid working arrangements.

Senior Project Managers at Turner & Townsend:

Our Senior Project Managers work on projects in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more. We seek candidates with:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure project and programme management across the project lifecycle, including principles of project management, client objectives, contract management, leadership, financial management, and project controls.
• Strong leadership skills to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills to understand and resolve complex issues.
• Drive, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure while motivating others.
• Effective planning, communication, and organisational skills to manage multiple work streams and communicate with senior clients.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop project teams on large projects or programmes.
• A creative and growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications and Beneficial Experience:

• Experience in aviation infrastructure project management.
• Experience managing procurement and NEC contracts.
• Experience overseeing contractors, consultants, and advisors on infrastructure projects.
• Experience in consultancy or client-side project management.
• Familiarity with public sector organisations related to infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications include a degree or HND in a relevant field, professional affiliations (e.g., APM, ICE), project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP), and NEC accreditation.
