Job summary

Qualifications

• Степень в области информатики или смежной дисциплины, предпочтительно с опытом в строительстве.
• Опыт управления ИТ-проектами в крупных строительных проектах, стабильная практика в международной среде.
• Навыки работы с контрактами и поставщиками, умение вести коммуникацию с заказчиками и командой.

Responsibilities

• Ведение чартеров и рамок проекта, обеспечение соответствия бюджета и графика технологиям.
• Интеграция IT-решений в строительные фазы проекта и управление рисками, изменениями и ресурсами.
• Контроль выполнения работ и отчетность по отклонениям в рамках базового плана EY.
• Координация с командами проекта, management и стейкхолдерами для беспрепятственного внедрения.
• Работа с внешними контрактами и поставщиками, обеспечение качества и соответствия практикам EY.

The role will primarily focus on EY’s Real Estate construction projects and the deployment of office technology including but not limited to; AV, Network, Print, IoT solutions, Smart Lockers and Workstation devices.

Lead the development of project charters and scopes, ensuring the timely delivery of technology solutions that align with construction project schedules and budgets. Ensure alignment with relevant EY stakeholder playbooks for pre-initiate through project closure process’. Execute relevant project management processes, focusing on the integration of technology into construction phases, including scope, cost, time, risk, resource, and stakeholder management. Monitor and control project activities to ensure alignment with technology deployment objectives and construction timelines. Manage risks, issues, and changes across both business and IT components of construction projects. Report variances to the approved project baseline (based on EY’s technology tiering strategy), providing insights into technology integration challenges and successes. Formalize project closure to ensure acceptance of technology solutions and release of project resources. Interface and communicate effectively with project teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless technology deployment. Oversee project work and resources to facilitate the successful and timely implementation of technology solutions. Conduct gate reviews and quality assurance assessments related to technology integration within construction projects. Deliver projects that align with overall business and technology strategies and are implemented according to industry best practices for RE construction projects. Manage external contracts and suppliers as necessary to support technology deployment. Collaborate with project stakeholder teams to develop business cases, focusing on technology solutions that align with stated requirements and offices use. Define project objectives, phases, and content to deliver on business case benefits, budget, and timelines, with a focus on technology integration. Ensure adherence to quality project standards as prescribed by EY Technology through effective implementation of approved processes and methodologies.

Proven experience managing IT projects with accountability for delivering technology solutions in large, complex construction projects, typically valued up to $10 million and lasting 12 to 18 months. Mastery of project management methodologies, tools, and templates, with a focus on technology deployment in construction settings. Strong customer focus, characterized by openness, trust, and a commitment to delivering on promises. Experience managing contracts to ensure compliance from vendors and suppliers in technology-related agreements. Familiarity with both packaged and bespoke systems and infrastructure, ideally in an international construction context. Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously, particularly in technology deployment. IT background with experience across the office technology spectrum and familiarity with product and solution life cycle. Knowledge of industry-standard project methods, tools, and techniques relevant to technology integration in construction. Strong team collaboration skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership in applying IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management in construction technology deployment. A degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience. 15 to 20 years in a corporate IT environment 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction-related IT projects. Relevant experience in technical fields such as deployment/implementation, and infrastructure within the construction industry.
