Job summary

EY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to deliver IT projects within Real Estate construction environments. You will drive charter development, manage scope, cost, and timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to deploy AV, network, IoT, and workstation technologies.

The role emphasizes governance, quality assurance, and alignment with EY technology standards across complex, multi-site construction programs.

Qualifications

A degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
15 to 20 years in a corporate IT environment.
10 to 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction-related IT projects.
Relevant experience in deployment/implementation and infrastructure within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Lead development of project charters and scopes to deliver technology solutions on time and on budget.
Ensure alignment with EY stakeholder playbooks from pre-initiatie through closure.
Manage risks, issues, and changes across business and IT components.
Monitor project activities to align with technology deployment objectives and timelines.
Interface with project teams, management, and stakeholders for seamless deployment.
Oversee resources to ensure timely implementation of technology solutions.
